Participants will play a leading role in addressing the less than perfect work-environments of many(most) practicing professionals(where NPO’s struggle for survival) with the ethical requirements of the profession. They will be able to respond to the apparent conundrum of ethical practice and leadership and the realities of a service field that contributes to the  undermining of standards and impact. 

 Meetings   can help a group generate new ideas, coordinate work, and create consensus.  Why do meetings fail. ? Most likely, lack of planning, unclear action items, poor processes, etc. played a part. If you don't have a meeting with a purpose, a structure;  with the right persons present  and with willingness to share ideas[and listen to other's ideas]- your meeting is going to fail.
